Job Summary:
IBEX Global is seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our Healthcare Account as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist patients and healthcare providers by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information regarding health benefits, insurance claims, and billing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from members and healthcare providers.
• Provide information on insurance coverage, medical benefits, and claim status.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the system.
• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence.
Qualifications:
• At least a high school graduate (senior high graduates and college undergraduates are welcome).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Prior BPO or healthcare-related experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work on-site in Parañaque.
